Our dyeing department is equipped with the most competitive machinery and an efficient laboratory, where our professional technicians carry out colour research. Thanks to the latest generation equipment, this research is more precise than ever, offering our customers exactly what they need.
Once the desired colour has been researched and obtained, we move on to industrial production, where all materials and their blends (PES 100%, linen, PES/CO, CO 100%, etc.) can be dyed either continuously or discontinuously, in a final width of 320 cm.
We use all kinds of dyes (pigments, direct dyestuff, reactive dyes or Indanthen dyes), adapting to each case and to our customers' requirements, to offer them the quality they expect.
Through the application of advanced chemicals, we give special properties to fabrics. Our treatments include options such as flame retardancy, water repellence, stain repellence, mold repellence, aloe vera treatments, antifungals and acrylic coatings, among others. These finishes greatly optimise the functions and longevity of the fabrics and are adapted to our customers’ needs.
Mechanical treatments applied to different fabrics to modify their physical features, giving a better appearance and improving their functionality. Amongst others, the most relevant are calendering, sanfor and emery grinding.
