To get high quality fabrics, we start with a careful process of preparation and bleaching of the grey fabrics, to ensure a solid base for future production processes.
The preparation process consist in:
Brushing: surface impurities are removed to ensure a soft and smooth texture.
Singeing: the surface fibres are singed to obtain a clean, slub-free surface.
Bleaching: the fabric is bleached to get a neutral base, perfect for following printing, dyeing and finishing.
