REGIA TEXTIL’s management team, aware of the importance of quality as a strategic competitive factor of our company, is fully involved in the assurance and continuous improvement of our products and processes used, based on the model of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard. Our quality policy is based on the following principles:

  • Determining customer needs and expectations, transforming them into requirements and achieving customer satisfaction by applying the most competitive prices on the actual market.
  • To make all REGIA TEXTIL staff aware of the importance of complying with customer requirements, legislation and regulations..
  • To periodically establish quality objectives and define the indicators needed to measure and monitor them, as a sign of our commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Allocate the human and technical resources always needed to implement and improve processes and achieve objectives.
  • To give priority to dealing with non-conformities raised by customers in the form of complaints and to monitor their satisfaction.
  • To strengthen collaboration with suppliers to increase customer response capacity and optimise costs and resources.
